Emergency First Response (EFR) courses cover CPR and first aid skills for adults, children and infants, and incorporate training in the use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) and emergency oxygen.
Emergency First Response also offers comprehensive First Aid at Work courses, specifically designed to comply with international standards governing workplace safety courses.
The Emergency First Response Courses have been designed to be flexible, in order to meet organizational and educational needs; they can be taught all together or in any other combination.
These courses build the confidence of the lay rescuer, who knows that he or she is capable of providing care should he or she face a medical emergency. Students learn and practice the same patient care techniques and principles that are used by medical professionals, but at a "lay" level.
